Senior Data Scientist (Remote, United States)

Position Overview The Senior Data Scientist is a high-impact, individual contributor role responsible for applying advanced analytical and modeling techniques to drive strategy reputed company our core business and commercial operations. Key Responsibilities
Predictive Modeling & Advanced Analysis
- Architect and own sophisticated models to solve our most critical commercial challenges, from mitigating client churn and activating clients to member onboarding and engagement.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify the root causes of business challenges and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Partner with department leaders to define, measure, and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), building and maintaining advanced dashboards in Looker that provide actionable insights.
Project Leadership & Delivery

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a data science or data analytics role.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a reputed company discipline; Master's degree is a plus.
- Deep expertise in SQL and statistical programming (e.g., Python, R).
- Proven experience with statistical and predictive modeling techniques (e.g., regression, classification, forecasting) and their practical application to business problems.
