Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our overnight team, working from home in Illinois. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving patients' questions and concerns in a timely and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound calls from patients, responding to their questions and concerns in a timely and efficient manner

• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving patients' issues on the reputed company
• Process prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage
• Utilize computer systems to access patient information and resolve issues
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and resolution of patient issues

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer service experience
