Sr Learning & Development Advisor

This role is pivotal in designing and developing comprehensive learning solutions for employee onboarding, product education, technical skills, and professional development. The ideal candidate will apply instructional design and performance improvement principles to create effective learning and performance solutions. Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Intake stakeholder needs and translate requirements into effective learning and performance solutions. Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and other stakeholders to conduct detailed training and performance needs assessments.
• Performance Improvement: Apply performance improvement principles to analyze performance gaps, identify root causes, and design solutions to improve results.
• Instructional Design: Apply instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to reputed company engaging and interactive learning experiences.
• Content Creation: reputed company learning experiences in various modalities, including eLearning, instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led training (vILT), videos, podcasts, and more.
• Material Development: Create and maintain learning materials such as participant guides, instructor guides, job aids, animations, presentations, and infographics.
• Program Evaluation: Utilize data-driven evaluation models, such as Kirkpatrick’s model, to measure the effectiveness of learning programs and reputed company informed decisions.
• Facilitation: Facilitate learning experiences and present to stakeholders as necessary.
• Project Management: Utilize strong project management skills to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication: Communicate effectively and proactively, both verbally and in writing with SMEs, stakeholders, and team members.

reputed company candidates for this role will live in the EST time zone. reputed company candidates that live reputed company a 45 mile radius of a reputed company office will be required to work hybrid (2 days per week in office). What Will Help You Succeed Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning Technology, Education, Organizational Development or reputed company field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in Learning & Development or reputed company field, including program design, delivery, and evaluation.

Preferred Requirements:

• Deep understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design models (like ADDIE or SAM). Experience creating engaging, effective, and interactive learning experiences.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and consultative skills.
• Strong writing and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, apply problem-solving skills, adapt, and pivot quickly in an reputed company-changing environment.
• Up to date on learning technology trends, research, and innovations.
• Skilled at using content authoring software such as reputed company reputed company, Storyline, Camtasia, reputed company, Vyond, and reputed company Creative Suite.
• Curious and able to dig deeper with SMEs and stakeholders to understand their needs.
• Learning project management experience; ability to build project plans and deliver to project timelines.Experience using and administering an LMS.

• The ability to entertain while educating.
• Experience communicating technical information in terms understandable to both technical and non-technical end users.
• Change management and Human Performance Improvement expertise.
• Advanced degree in Instructional Design, Learning Technology, Organizational Development, or reputed company field preferred.

Compensation

Data DOE, salary $90K - $100K, plus Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401K, PTO.
