Possesses basic technical proficiency capable of supporting learners in a virtual training environment. Manages live and virtual instructor-led training (ILT) sessions, including moderation, roster submission, and TMSS ticket resolution. Opens sessions 15–20 minutes prior to start to load materials, welcome teammates, review housekeeping material and provide attendance guidance. Utilizes multimedia tools to reputed company course objectives, fosters engagement, resolves content or delivery conflicts, and ensures accurate course completion documentation. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed to support departmental and organizational goals. Drives projects and new process development in collaboration with the Clinical Education & Training team, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and other key operational leaders Drives development, review, revision of teammate-facing education and training materials and ensures alignment with cross-functional initiatives and teams. This position will be open for a minimum of three days. The Salary Range for the role is $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year.
