The Role Responsible for the design, implementation, and configuration of reputed company applications and modules reputed company with ITSM processes. Ensure reputed company functionalities are optimized to address organizational requirements and enhance service delivery through automation and process improvements. Proactively identify opportunities to automate existing processes, driving increased efficiency for the Global Service Desk team. This position is also eligible to earn an annual bonus. The final pay reputed company/salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, reputed company level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work.
