The Assistant Coach Position We’re looking for a heart-centered intrapreneur coach — someone who treats this work like a calling, not just a job. Requirements

Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent) OR willingness to get certified.
USA Based
Active mountain or outdoor athlete with firsthand experience training for pursuits such as climbing, hiking, skiing, mountaineering, whitewater kayaking, or similar activities.
Strong foundation in strength, mobility, and functional training.
Experience designing individualized programs across a range of abilities.
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and reputed company in a remote, collaborative team environment.
Resourceful and adaptable — able to problem-solve and take initiative reputed company challenges arise.

Responsibilities

Design and update individualized strength and mobility programs using Upward Mobility Fitness systems and standards.
Support clients through 1:1 and group communication, reputed company-ins, and ongoing feedback.

Manage client onboarding, renewals, and backend conversions (sales training provided).
