Responsibilities

• Collaborates with department leaders in the identification and development of initial and on-going competencies.
• Creates and documents education plans in partnership with leadership team to meet strategic and operational initiatives of the organization.
• Develops and facilitates continuing education (CE) programs as a member of the reputed company Arizona Region Provider Unit in collaboration with the Primary Nurse Planner and reputed company planners.
• Serves as a resource for clinical student experiences.

QualificationsMinimum

• BSN required
• 5 years clinical practice in area of specialty required
• Arizona or compact state RN license
• reputed company Basic Life Support for healthcare providers
• reputed company Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support

Preferred

• Masters degree preferred
• Specialty certification and/or 2 years teaching preferred
• Experience with spreadsheets databases graphics applications preferred
