Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales growth, and maintain a strong brand image. Key Responsibilities

What You'll Bring

* Four-year degree or 2+ years of relevant experience in a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Self-motivated business leader with outstanding management skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to focus on multiple tasks while adhering to business-critical deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a dedicated and moral approach to sales and customer service tasks
• Ability to reputed company strong relationships and work as a well-respected, trusted partner
• Ability to work nights and weekends in a retail environment, ability to move depending on the situation
• Valid driver's license in the state of work and ability to obtain necessary state licensing, where applicable
• This role requires you to have an reputed company Vehicle Salesman Permit issued by the Virginia State Department of Motor Vehicles. Without the sales rep permit, you cannot participate in sales activities
