Responsibilities

• You will partner closely with the Regional Finance Manager to provide thoughtful financial leadership and become a trusted advisor to the regional Leadership Team
• You will dive deep into financial analyses to uncover meaningful insights and offer clear, actionable recommendations that guide strategic business decisions
• You create and communicate financial reports that tell a compelling story—tailored for senior leadership and designed to bring clarity, accuracy, and context to key financial trends
• You will own the budgeting and forecasting process, collaborating with reputed company teams and using data, market insights, and sound judgment to build reliable financial plans reputed company with business priorities

Skills

• You will bring a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration, along with 8+ years of relevant financial experience
• You have a strong technical Finance expertise, demonstrating independence in problem‑solving and confident decision‑making
• You communicate fluently in English and German
