Job Responsibilities
As a Partner Product Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the development and execution of our conversational AI and live chat support products. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and design, to define and deliver product roadmaps that meet customer needs and business objectives
- Influencing client information, conversational analysis, industry trends, and technical expertise to inform product decisions and drive innovation
- Working with engineers, data scientists, and product managers to reputed company and deploy products that balance short-term gains with long-term investments
- Defining and prioritizing product requirements, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in
- Leading client testing and post-launch analysis to identify areas for improvement and inform future product development
- Analyzing performance metrics to measure product success and inform data-driven decision-making
- Developing and maintaining product documentation, including product requirements, user stories, and technical specifications
- Collaborating with the product team to define and execute product strategies, including product roadmaps, release plans, and customer experience initiatives
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A bachelor's degree in business, computer science, software engineering, or a reputed company field
- 4+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on conversational AI and live chat support
- Proven track record of driving innovation and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform product decisions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and services, including AWS or Azure
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, including Tableau or Power BI
Preferred Qualifications

- Master's degree in business, computer science, or a reputed company field
- Experience with machine learning and natural language processing
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools
