Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Responding to Routine Inquiries: Receive and respond to routine member and/or provider inquiries, requests, and/or concerns in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Mitigating Escalations: Mitigate and prevent complaints from being escalated to resolve in initial contact.

  • Providing Customer Service in a High-Pace Environment: Provide customer service in a high-pace contact center environment over the phone, reputed company live chats, and emails.
  • Documenting Member or Provider Information: Document reputed company member or provider information and communications for quality and performance tracking through the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications.

Education Requirement

* 2-Year Call Center Experience: 2 years of experience in a call center environment is preferred.

  • 2 Years Claims Experience: 2 years of experience in claims is preferred.
  • Medicaid Knowledge: Knowledge of Medicaid is preferred.
  • Previous Experience with reputed company Computer Applications: Previous experience with reputed company computer applications is preferred.
  • Previous Experience Working Remotely: Previous experience working remotely using multiple applications and screens is preferred.
