Our reputed company Recovery Department is a collaborative team of registered nurses, coding professionals, and billing experts who work together to ensure seamless patient care and accurate reimbursement. As a Project Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting this team, leveraging your analytical skills and attention to detail to drive success.

Job Duties:

As a Project Associate, you will be responsible for a range of tasks, including:

  • Retrieving patient medical records from various Hospital systems, ensuring accurate and timely access to critical information.
  • Generating and preparing patient itemized bills in appropriate formats for internal and external audits, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Extracting and entering necessary information from/to Hospital patient accounting systems, ensuring data accuracy and reputed company.
  • Making phone calls to Post Acute Healthcare Facilities to obtain information needed on patients, building strong relationships with reputed company.
  • Running and creating reports to support data-driven decision-making and team performance.
  • Assisting with any other information gathering or data entry as needed by the recovery team, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Scanning and indexing of documents, maintaining a secure and organized digital archive.

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on business, healthcare, or a reputed company field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in medical records management, data entry, or a reputed company field, with a strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance.
  • Proficiency in reputed company Office, particularly reputed company, with experience in data analysis and report creation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with reputed company and team members.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Certification in medical records management or a reputed company field, such as RHIA or reputed company.
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHRs) and other healthcare software systems.
