About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide holistic family support to members with special needs, owning end-to-end resolution of issues and delivering a memorable, positive experience.
• Serve as an ongoing reputed company of contact for members, primarily reputed company phone, email, chat, and text, creating strong relationships and trust.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• At least 1 year of experience helping, resolving, or advocating on behalf of members or customers.

• The ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 9:45am to 6:15pm CST, with occasional overtime as needed.
