Job Overview

We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Consultant to join our client-facing team in a call center environment. As a single reputed company of contact, you will respond to client service requests and issues, including enrollment and billing, commissions, technical support, install/group administration, and reputed company other routine customer service inquiries.
