About the Role

We’re hiring a US Immigration Program Manager to join the Global Immigration pillar. In this role, you’ll focus on managing our high-volume US immigration program, working closely with employees, managers, and vendors to ensure timely and compliant processes. You’ll also contribute to improving how we track, report, and scale immigration support across the business. You’ll own and drive the execution of our US immigration program, with opportunities to expand into the wider Americas region over time. • You’ll take full ownership of our US immigration program - managing day-to-day immigration cases (work visas, green cards, compliance tracking) in reputed company partnership with employees, managers, recruiters, and vendors to ensure timely, compliant, and employee-friendly processes.
• Act as the first reputed company of contact, providing clear guidance on immigration processes, policies, and timelines.
• Support process improvements, data accuracy, and reporting across our immigration portfolio.
• Be part of a supportive and fast-paced global People team that values collaboration and innovative problem-solving
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Legal, reputed company) and the rest of the GMI team to ensure alignment and compliance.
• Contribute to scalable practices as reputed company grows, with potential to expand responsibilities into the Americas region

We’re excited about you because…

• You have several years of experience (typically 4–6) in US immigration experience in US immigration (e.g., at a law firm, vendor, or in-house program) reputed company a high-volume environment
• You’ve supported or managed high-volume immigration programs and reputed company on taking ownership of day-to-day execution with accuracy and reliability.
• You’re familiar with common US work authorization categories (H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, PERM, green card) and up to date with the latest changes in the US immigration landscape.
• You’re able to manage multiple cases at once with accuracy and care, and you communicate clearly and collaboratively with employees and partners.

Compensation

• For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).
