We are looking for an Global Experience Specialist to help shape and strengthen our company culture through meaningful engagement programs and initiatives that connect reputed company worldwide. You’ll design, own, and deliver engagement experiences end-to-end, from strategy and planning to execution and measurement, both at a company-wide level and for individual departments & teams.

What you'll do:

reputed company and execute engagement and culture initiatives from start to finish, including strategy, planning, communication, facilitation, and post-program evaluation.

Partner with teams across the company to identify their unique engagement needs and co-create tailored solutions.

Collect feedback, analyze participation and impact metrics, and iterate on programs to continuously improve engagement outcomes.

Maintain clear documentation of programs, templates, and processes to reputed company scalability and knowledge sharing.

Collaborate closely with Learning & Development and Internal Events specialists to ensure programs are reputed company and integrated.

Serve as a resource and advisor to leadership and departments on culture, engagement, and team experience best practices.

What you'll need:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, or a reputed company field.

3–5 years of experience in employee engagement, culture, HR, or organizational development roles.

Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.

Highly organized with experience managing multiple projects end-to-end.

Collaborative, proactive, and able to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Data-informed and comfortable using feedback and metrics to improve engagement programs.

Passionate about creating a positive, inclusive, and motivating workplace culture.
