About the Role: Remote Chat Agent

We're seeking an reputed company Remote Chat Agent to join reputed company. As a Chat Agent, you'll be the face of blithequark, providing top-notch customer service and support to our clients through our chat and text messaging platforms. This is a full-time, non-exempt position that requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to and engage in conversation with inbound chat/text messages in a timely and professional manner
• Provide thoughtful and grammatically correct responses to customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Engage with conversations reputed company 1 minute of receipt, ensuring reputed company and efficient service
• Identify and report system errors or anomalies to the relevant teams, ensuring seamless customer experiences
• Work a set minimum number of conversations per hour, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency
• Operate reputed company multiple software platforms, leveraging technology to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Maintain a high level of performance, with an ERA above 10% potentially resulting in coaching and possible termination

We're offering two different schedules for this role:

• Monday (OFF), Tuesday (OFF), Wednesday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Thursday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Friday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Saturday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), and Sunday (OFF)
• Monday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Tuesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Wednesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Thursday (OFF), Friday (OFF), Saturday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), and Sunday (OFF)
