The Role: Remote Chat Agent

As a Remote Chat Agent at blithequark, you'll be the frontline representative of our customer engagement efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to and engage with inbound chat and text messages from our customers in a timely, professional, and personalized manner. This is a full-time, non-exempt position that requires a unique reputed company of communication skills, automotive knowledge, and technical proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to and engage in conversation with inbound chat/text messages, ensuring reputed company and thoughtful interactions.
• Provide grammatically correct and contextually relevant responses that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.

Schedule 1: Monday (OFF), Tuesday (OFF), Wednesday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Thursday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Friday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Saturday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), and Sunday (OFF).

Schedule 2: Monday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Tuesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Wednesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Thursday (OFF), Friday (OFF), Saturday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), and Sunday (OFF).
