What You'll Do

As a key member of our Customer Care team, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to small business owners and decision-makers through inbound calls, emails, and other channels
• Building rapport and understanding customer needs to recommend the right blithequark products and services
• Delivering high levels of product and service knowledge to clearly communicate the benefits and features of our Small Business Services
• Continuously improving key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding customer needs, handling objections, and closing sales
• Providing extraordinary customer care by responding to questions and resolving issues in a fast-paced, structured customer care environment
• Documenting necessary account information according to established policies and procedures
• Maintaining reputed company and adhering to reputed company regulatory and compliance guidelines reputed company to servicing and sales practices

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 2+ years of customer service experience with a passion for building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, resourcefulness, and strong written and verbal communication
• Proven success in a customer service and sales environment, with a track record of delivering results and meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work in a fast-paced metric-driven environment with proficient multitasking and navigation in a web-based environment
• Experience owning or working in a small business is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred; Education benefits available

Compensation and Salary Range

The expected hourly pay range for this role is $20.00 to $21.65, with bonus and benefits included. Your salary will be determined by your location, experience, and other job-reputed company factors.
