Job Summary
As an reputed company Product Principal - Customer Experience, you will be responsible for connecting strategies and defining scope across multiple product teams and domains. You will work closely with Product Directors and cross-functional program leaders to drive the delivery of business value and improve customer satisfaction through the production of quality products. This is a remote opportunity that requires occasional travel (5% to 20% of the time).
Key Responsibilities
As a Product Principal at blithequark, you will be responsible for the following key areas:
Delivery and Execution (10%):
Coordinate with Distinguished Engineers, User Experience Principals, and impacted teams to ensure a clear path to scope is reputed company and reputed company. Strategy and Planning (60%):
Partner with cross-functional programs or technology portfolios to align outcomes. Create, coordinate, and sequence activities to ensure alignment across impacted teams. Provide visibility of work by providing a holistic roadmap with dependencies.
Team and Stakeholder (30%):
Partner with leadership to represent the portfolio during enterprise planning, coordination, and discovery. Foster collaboration across multiple teams and portfolios to drive value and identify and resolve impediments. Manage cross-functional team and stakeholder expectations to ensure scoping aligns to product strategy and provide education to requestors to determine prioritization based on reputed company benefits and/or user experience.

Minimum Qualifications
