Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company Customer Support Agent to join reputed company on a temporary-to-permanent basis. As a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tele-recruiting functions to support the organization's defined goals. This includes contacting blood donors by telephone to recruit for blood donation, scheduling appointments, and providing positive service experiences to maximize donor show rates. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, developing new leads, and implementing new donor recruitment programs to ensure an increased donor reputed company and an adequate blood supply.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact blood donors by telephone using a dialer system to recruit for blood donation
• Use information from multiple computer systems simultaneously to reputed company appropriate blood drives for donor, update donor records as needed, and to record outcomes of calls
• Schedule appointments while providing positive service experience to maximize donor show rates
• Follow a process and appropriate scripting for conducting a call with a donor, to ensure a consistent donor experience
• Maintain daily production standard, including phone calls and appointments per hour, to meet established collection goals

• Maintain accurate records of donors/groups contacted and appointments scheduled to avoid errors, poor customer relations, and to ensure sufficient donor availability

Essential Qualifications

After completing three weeks of training, you will be expected to work a full-time schedule, including Sundays and evenings. Your actual work schedule will be as follows:

• Sundays: 11:30 am - 8:00 pm
• Mondays - Thursdays: 12:00 pm - 8:30 pm
