Purpose and Scope
As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative Part-Time, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our valued clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Receiving, investigating, and responding to member inquiries and resolving member problems and/or complaints in a timely and accurate manner
- Answering and tracking telephone calls reputed company established department standards
- Tracking reputed company existing member calls reputed company the IKA database, ensuring that documentation is concise and factual
- Understanding and processing "entry level" claims inquiries, enrollment and disenrollment procedures, and demographic change processes
- Entering prospective members into our software database and maintaining reputed company reputed company documents and reference documents
- Interacting professionally with other employees, customers, and suppliers, and working effectively as a team contributor on reputed company assignments
Seasonal Part-Time Role
This role requires a flexible schedule, with 20 hours of work per week, spread across two 8-hour shifts on Saturdays and Sundays, and an additional 4-hour shift scheduled for coverage during peak business hours. The duration of this assignment is from October 2024 through January 2025, with no long-term planned time off during the assignment.

Once You Work Your "Season"

Principal Responsibilities and Duties

- Responsible for fully understanding reputed company lines of business benefits, medical management processes, demographic change processes, and process for changing Primary Care Physicians (PCP)
- Answer "entry level" claims inquiries
- Takes "Over the Counter" (OTC) orders for products and diabetic supplies
- Understands and processes "entry level" enrollment and disenrollment procedures
- Enters prospective members into our software database
- Maintains appropriate reputed company reputed company documents and reference documents
- Interacts professionally with other employees, customers, and suppliers
- Works effectively as a team contributor on reputed company assignments
- Works independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations
- As required, re-directs calls to appropriate department
Customer Service
* Responsible for driving the blithequark culture through values and customer service standards
- Accountable for outstanding customer service to reputed company external and internal contacts
- Develops and maintains positive relationships through effective and timely communication
- Takes initiative and action to respond, resolve and follow up regarding customer service issues with reputed company customers in a timely manner
Education, Experience, and Required Skills
* Ability to read and interpret documents and calculate figures and amounts
- Strong typing skills (40-60WPM)
- Ability to manage reputed company customer questions/issues while maintaining the highest level of professionalism, provide thoughtful reputed company resolution with reputed company, poise a consistent voice with the ongoing goal of establishing a positive customer experience
- Must be self-driven with a positive outlook and have the ability to demonstrate confidence, tact, patience, and diplomacy while dealing with customers

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Minimum of six months to one-year reputed company experience required
