As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in helping patients and clients navigate our pharmacy benefits program, resolving issues, and providing personalized support.
Key Responsibilities
As a Patient Care reputed company, you'll be responsible for handling customer service inquiries from members, providers, physicians, and internal and external clients reputed company to pharmacy benefits. Your primary duties will include:
- Handling inbound and outbound member, provider, and physician calls in a timely and efficient manner
- Answering questions reputed company to pharmacy benefits, while maintaining productivity standards and performance guarantees where applicable
- Working with other operational departments to research and resolve mail order and claims issues and respond to members reputed company performance agreement guidelines
- Maintaining accurate and complete documentation of reputed company inquiries in order to continuously improve the customer service process and reduce potential legal concerns
- Identifying and escalating concerns received from patients and/or clients in a prudent manner, so that corrective action can be pursued and expedited to take care of their needs

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 1 year of experience in a call center environment (preferably)
- 1 year of experience in customer service (preferably)

- Proficiency in computerized systems and software
- Ability to maintain accurate and complete documentation
