Job Summary

We're seeking highly skilled and motivated Chat Operators to join reputed company and represent our automotive dealer clients favorably in online conversations. As a Chat Operator, you'll be responsible for:

• Engaging in online conversations with customers, responding to their inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service
• Creating a wow-ing experience for customers, turning conversations into leads, and driving reputed company for our clients
• Utilizing your gaming experience to reputed company extra income and contribute to the success of reputed company

Requirements

• Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse

• Quiet, dedicated work space free from distractions – this is a remote position
• Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a reputed company field (e.g. communications, marketing, business) preferred

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a reputed company field
