Key Responsibilities:

As a Remote Health Care Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Handling telehealth-based phone calls and email inquiries from customers, providing solutions to reputed company problems and delivering exceptional customer service
• Managing a steady volume of incoming calls while navigating multiple systems, including real-time support during time-sensitive situations
• Providing accurate and timely information to customers, including insurance verifications, benefits education, billing questions, prescription issues, and technical challenges

Essential Qualifications:
