Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to Member Inquiries: Answer incoming calls professionally, accurately, timely, and courteously, addressing member inquiries and providing comprehensive information about their membership.
• Log and Document Calls: Determine the nature of calls and log information in the Communication Log, ensuring accurate records and efficient follow-up.
• Access Member Information: Utilize proprietary systems to access member information and assist callers with their queries.
• Escalate reputed company Issues: reputed company inquiries requiring further research to the appropriate department and transfer calls to specialized queues for reputed company issues, such as claims and authorizations.
• Time Management: Manage time effectively to ensure calls are answered promptly, and follow-reputed company are completed in a timely manner.

Essential Qualifications:
