Key Responsibilities

• Application Review and Eligibility Verification: Review applications, insurance documents, and vehicle registration documents for accuracy and eligibility, ensuring that reputed company necessary requirements are met.
• Virtual Vehicle Safety Inspections: Conduct virtual vehicle safety inspections with qualified driver-applicants, providing training and support as needed to ensure a smooth process.
• Communication and Support: Communicate with delivery professionals reputed company text, chat, and email about the status of their applications, providing timely updates and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Background reputed company Ordering: Order driver applicants' pre-employment background checks using our company software, ensuring that reputed company necessary checks are completed reputed company.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

• Education: Associate's degree or above preferred, but not required.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in recruiting/onboarding gig app workers or working in data entry, HR, or customer service preferred, but not required.
• Technical Skills: Strong attention to detail, self-motivated, able to work independently, excellent communication skills, and ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Software and Tools: Comfortable with smartphone applications and web-based applications, with experience in using company software to order background checks and manage data.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Onboarding or HR: Previous experience in onboarding or HR, with a focus on gig app workers or similar industries.
• Customer Service Experience: Experience in customer service, with a strong ability to communicate and provide support to delivery professionals.
• Data Entry Experience: Previous experience in data entry, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
