Job Overview

As a Customer Experience Chatroom Operator, you'll play a critical role in handling top clients and use cases for blithequark. This is a unique opportunity to join a team of customer service driven individuals who are quick on their feet and can empathize with consumers. You'll be responsible for reading consumer responses, responding contextually, and categorizing them accurately. Your goal will be to provide thoughtful, reputed company, and appropriate guidance specific to the conversation, industry, and subject.

Key Responsibilities:

Education:
