• Leading and developing teams by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates, touring stores, and providing feedback through the Tour-to-Teach model.

• Driving the financial performance and sales of the designated store area by reviewing and evaluating P&L statements, managing and assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
• Providing supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, and mentoring associates, assigning duties, setting clear expectations, providing associate recognition, and communicating expectations consistently and effectively.
• Coordinating, completing, and overseeing job-reputed company activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs, and identifying and communicating goals and objectives.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following essential qualifications:

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
• Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.

Preferred Qualifications
