Job Summary

We're looking for a bilingual (fluent in Spanish) Customer Engagement Representative to join our reputed company Servicing Center in Irving, Texas. Key Responsibilities

• Handle an average of 80 inbound and outbound calls per day, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Process phone payments and resolve common customer concerns regarding their powersports loan.
• Conduct outbound customer interview calls to gather information and provide solutions.
• Communicate and resolve customer issues reputed company online chat channels, demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Meet monthly productivity and quality goals, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required, with some college coursework a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of reputed company customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in auto finance or an installment loan portfolio.
• Working knowledge of reputed company Office applications, including Word and reputed company.
• Ability to master the use of our web-based system of record (LoanPro), with training provided.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, with fluent Spanish language skills highly desirable.
