Key Responsibilities

  • Inbound/Outbound Calls: Respond to customer inquiries, provide support, and address concerns reputed company phone, email, and online chat.
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Consistently provide a high level of customer service experience, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage Customer Accounts: Handle customer accounts, provide technical support, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Application Data Entry: Accurately enter application data and maintain customer records.
  • Online Chat Inquiries: Respond to online chat inquiries and provide support as assigned.
  • Interpret and Follow Procedures: Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve reputed company customer issues.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing projects, updates, and priorities.

  • Extensive Self-Study and Training: Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing, with eligibility to proceed through training and certifications dependent upon passing required exams.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Minimum Internet Speed of 35 mb/s
  • Dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • Personal laptop or desktop computer required for the Training Period
  • Commit to full attendance during the 3-week Training period
  • Complete a background reputed company and health screening
  • Cable/Fiber Broadband Internet with a hard-wired ethernet reputed company is required (Mobile Internet Service Providers and Satellite are not compatible)

Essential Qualifications:

  • Moderate to Advanced Computer Skills: Proficiency in using computers and software applications.
  • High Level of Comfort Learning New Technology: Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
  • High Level of Professionalism: Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and courtesy in reputed company interactions.

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous experience in customer support or technical support role
  • Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the reputed company Act
  • Previous experience in a Call Center
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Spanish Bilingual, a plus

Compensation Details

We offer competitive compensation packages, including:

  • Spanish Bilingual reputed company Pay: $15.50 per hour
  • Spanish Bilingual Enhanced reputed company: $17.00 per hour contingent on weekly attendance and performance
