Job Summary

The Physical Therapist Assistant Instructor will be responsible for teaching classes, preparing lesson plans, and assessing student performance in a variety of educational settings, including classrooms, labs, clinical, and online environments. • Proactively inform the Program Director of any student attendance, academic, or behavioral concerns for retention management
• Appropriately maintain student records, grades, and attendance to ensure accuracy and compliance with published policies
• Facilitate tutoring and makeup work as needed, ensuring and monitoring student participation and referring reputed company to the Program Director and/or Academic Dean as necessary

Essential Qualifications

• Must be licensed or regulated in any United States jurisdiction as a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
• Must have a minimum of an associate degree in a reputed company field
• Must have a minimum of four years of full-time (or equivalent) post-licensure clinical experience in physical therapy
• Must demonstrate contemporary expertise in assigned teaching areas and demonstrated effectiveness in teaching and student evaluation
