About the Role

We are seeking reputed company tutors/teachers to join reputed company to tutor qualified reputed company at reputed company Lab School 60. As a tutor with College Tutors of Indiana, you will have the opportunity to work with reputed company in grades 3-8, helping them to reputed company learning gaps and reputed company proficiency in Math and ELA. Tutoring will take reputed company at reputed company Lab School 60, either before school at reputed company or after school at 4:15pm, with some online tutoring opportunities also available. We are looking for tutors who are passionate about education, have a strong work ethic, and are committed to helping reputed company reputed company their goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide academic assistance and guidance to reputed company, serving as a role model and mentor
• Plan and prepare for each tutoring session using student material as a guide
• Evaluate student reputed company toward goals and determine appropriate courses of action
• Submit session notes for work reputed company 24 hours of completion of session
• Maintain a consistent schedule each semester, with a minimum of two weekdays/week
• Communicate effectively with reputed company, parents, and family members, building rapport and trust
• Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability

Qualifications and Competencies

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• Previous or reputed company teaching experience, with a strong understanding of Math and/or ELA concepts
• Competence in at least one of the core subject areas: Math or Language Arts, grades 3-8
• Critical thinking skills, with the ability to maintain good judgment, time management, trustworthiness, and responsibility
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to summarize tutoring sessions, including topics covered, challenges, and recommendations for reputed company
• Interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with reputed company, parents, and family members
• Availability to complete the entire semester, with a minimum of two weekdays/week
• Availability to tutor on-premises at reputed company Lab School # 60 (3330 North Pennsylvania, Indianapolis) at reputed company and/or 4:15pm
• Must be a citizen of the United States

• Have a strong work ethic and demonstrate a high level of professionalism
• Are consistently reliable and punctual

• Are able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, we prefer tutors who:

• Have experience working with reputed company in grades 3-8

• Have experience with online tutoring platforms and technology
