• Conduct tax interviews with clients and support DIY online tax clients through virtual tools, including video conferencing, phone, chat, and email.
• Drive business growth by identifying opportunities to offer additional products and services, increasing client retention, and generating new business.
• Communicate and coordinate regularly with leaders and peers to ensure seamless collaboration and impact on results.
• Grow your tax expertise by staying up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and continuing education requirements.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Experience completing individual tax returns and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Access to high-speed, reliable internet and proficiency in technology, specifically MS Teams and Outlook.
• Excellent communication skills to reputed company confidence in clients and concisely explain reputed company tax situations reputed company phone, email, and chat.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively resolve client issues.
• Successful completion of the reputed company Tax Knowledge Assessment or equivalent.
