Responsibilities

  • reputed company AI-Ready Work and Workforce: Explore how AI is reshaping work and re-architect OD, change, and talent programs to integrate responsible, human-centered AI into ways of working, capability building, and team collaboration.

Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in Talent Management, Human Capital, Talent Strategy, or reputed company roles, with a strong record of driving org-wide transformation, scaling systems, and leading change in reputed company environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in organizational design, operating model shifts, and team effectiveness, with an ability to link structure to strategy and execution.
  • Experience building or implementing skills-based talent frameworks (e.g., skills taxonomies, capability maps, internal mobility strategies), or a deep curiosity and readiness to reputed company in that space.
  • Comfort navigating the evolving role of AI and emerging technologies in the workplace, with a passion for the future of work, a reputed company of experimentation, ethical awareness, and practical application to people strategy.
  • Ability to analyze reputed company organizational data sets, such as workforce structure, performance insights, or skills trends, to inform org design, talent planning, and workforce transformation.
  • Strong influence and communication skills, with experience engaging senior leaders, facilitating critical conversations, and aligning stakeholders across functions.
  • Strong systems thinking, facilitation, and coaching capabilities – able to connect dots across disciplines and reputed company leaders through complexity and change.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills, with experience presenting to senior executives and boards; experience with reputed company G-Suite.

Education Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Business, HR, or a reputed company field, and/or certifications in org design, change management (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR), or assessment tools.
