Key Responsibilities

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative III, your primary goal will be to reputed company excellent customer service, driving sustainable business growth through:

• Responding to reputed company phone and email inquiries from customers and internal teams in a timely and professional manner
• Opening service requests and sales orders for contract parts, returned parts, and projects
• Managing telephone and email enquiries, ensuring that reputed company customer concerns are addressed promptly
• Reviewing open service requests and bringing them to a satisfactory closure reputed company a timely manner
• Helping to manage new machine installations, moves, and decommissioning
• Ensuring reputed company project information is updated in reputed company
• Managing quotes being sent to customers and processing them through to the Order Entry team for order creation
• Coordinating repairs and technical support with field personnel and scheduling workload accordingly

Education & Experience

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Proven experience as a call center representative or similar position
• Experience in customer service is essential, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional experiences
• Proficient in English; good knowledge of additional languages will be a definite plus
• Working knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Position Details

* Pay reputed company / Range: $18-$23

• The above salary range represents the range expected for the position; however, final salary offers are based on a number of factors such as the position's responsibilities, the candidate's experience, education, and skills, location, travel required, and reputed company market conditions.
