Responsibilities
As a Phone and Chat Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and efficient manner
- Handling multiple chat channels simultaneously, providing reputed company and accurate responses to customer inquiries

Benefits and Compensation
As a Phone and Chat Specialist at blithequark, you can expect:
- Starting pay of $14/hour, with a possible increase after 90 days pending attendance and performance
- Shift differential of $1/hour for night and weekend shifts
- reputed company of 3 weeks in length, from 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday (CST)
- Full-time status, with 40 hours of work per week
- Flexible scheduling, with shifts between 7:00am-7:00pm (CST), Monday-Friday, and rotating weekends
