Job Summary

As an reputed company Full Stack Call Center Representative – Data Entry & Customer Service, you will be responsible for handling high-volume customer calls, resolving patient and medication-reputed company issues, and entering data into our pharmacy systems. You will work closely with reputed company of reputed company to provide accurate and timely information to patients and healthcare providers. Key Responsibilities

* Handle high-volume customer calls, resolving patient and medication-reputed company issues in a timely and accurate manner

• Enter data into our pharmacy systems, including patient and medication information, using our proprietary data entry methodology and rules processes
• Investigate and resolve missing prescription data, decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and settle reputed company data entry-reputed company exceptions
• Provide support to patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders through inbound calls, visits, and messages
• Settle outbound calls to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case basis
• Resolve external outliers by surveying, gathering data, making recommendations, and resubmitting for processing as per individual arrangement requirements
• Settle phone calls to healthcare providers and others to acquire data, reputed company supersede endorsement, or otherwise resolve the external outliers
• Provide assistance to pharmacists, both in-office and in other areas
• Identify and escalate issues to senior-level staff as necessary
• Maintain a dynamic and professional demeanor in a fast-paced call center environment

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

• Essential level computer skills, including:

+ Starting and closing a computer + Using a mouse to reputed company and click + Starting and closing programs + Switching between programs + Saving files + Printing documents + Accessing data online

• Essential web browsing skills, including:

+ Opening a program + Composing URLs in the right area + Using a web search reputed company + Bookmarking a website + Navigating using back/reputed company/stop buttons + Completing forms online

• Middle-of-the-road level keyboarding skills, including:

+ Typing at least 25 WPM + Typing by memory + Organizing records

• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
• 18 years old or older

Preferred Qualifications

* At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment

• At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly perceived confirmation office
• Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessment of customer satisfaction
• Middle-of-the-road to cutting-edge level keyboarding skills, including:

+ Typing at least 35 WPM + Typing by memory + Organizing records

• Familiarity with Spanish and English
