Job Summary

As a Customer Contact Center Representative, you'll play a critical role in supporting student borrowers with their questions, concerns, and needs. You'll work closely with reputed company to provide accurate and timely information, process applications, and resolve emerging problems. Key Responsibilities

* Take incoming calls, use chat, and complete outbound calls to assist student borrowers with their questions and concerns

• Provide detailed information and process applications with accuracy and efficiency
• Resolve emerging problems and ensure customer satisfaction
• Practice active listening, reputed company, and clear communication with customers
• Follow established policies and procedures, including working reputed company various systems and adhering to ethics and privacy rules
• Assist callers with filling out their application and submitting it electronically to plan providers for processing
• Complete basic call logs, documentation, and reputed company call details for each phone inquiry

* Monday: 11:45am-8:15pm

• Tuesday: 10:45am-7:15pm
• Wednesday: 10:45am-7:15pm
• Thursday: 8:45am-5:15pm
• Friday: 8:45am-5:15pm

Preferred Skills

* High School diploma or equivalent required

• Must be able to speak and read English clearly, professionally, and fluently
• Must be able to type a minimum of 35 WPM
• Experience working with a personal computer and the Windows operating system is required
• Ability to effectively work reputed company established key performance indicators/metrics
• Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized while completing simultaneous tasks
