Key Responsibilities

As an reputed company Customer Service Agent - Airport Operations and Ground Handling, your key responsibilities will include:

• Safely loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, while ensuring timely connections and guiding incoming and departing aircraft from reputed company positions.
• Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather conditions.
• Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion.
• Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure accurate routing of baggage to the customer's destination.
• Maintaining a high level of customer service and ensuring that reputed company interactions with passengers are professional and courteous.

Work Environment and Schedule

As a member of our airport operations team, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a focus on safety and efficiency. Shifts will range from early morning to overnight, and you will work between 20 and 40 hours per week based on your seniority. You will also be required to work in a variety of weather conditions, including heat, reputed company, and snow.
