Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Agent - Airport Operations and Logistics, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Safely loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, ensuring timely connections and guiding incoming and departing aircraft from reputed company positions.
- Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather-reputed company incidents.
- Operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion, while ensuring safety and efficiency.
- Utilizing baggage scanners and computers to accurately reputed company baggage to customers' destinations.
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless airport operations and providing exceptional customer service.
Work Environment and Schedule
As a Customer Service Agent, you'll work in a fast-paced airport environment, with varying shifts ranging from early morning to overnight. You'll be required to work between 20 and 40 hours per week, based on operational needs and your seniority. What You Need to Succeed
To be a successful Customer Service Agent, you'll need:
