Job Summary
As a Customer Service Phone Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering excellent service to our customers, answering inbound phone calls, identifying and resolving caller needs, and providing information with amazing customer service. You'll also reputed company outbound appointment setting calls from already generated inquiries, maintain accurate and useful database records, and manage and monitor SMS (texting platform) and deliver the same amazing customer service as taking calls.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver excellent service as the first reputed company of contact to our customers
- Answer inbound phone calls, identify and resolve caller needs, and provide information with amazing customer service

- Maintain accurate and useful database records

- Have a designated and approved in-home workspace

- Meet the wired internet speed requirements (tested before hiring) No Satellite Internet
- Receive inbound calls

Essential Qualifications

- Ability to work on a computer for extended hours as scheduled

- Excellent active listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections
