Job Overview
The Customer Sales Executive – blithequark Protein Business will play a critical role in developing and executing our digital commerce strategy for the blithequark Protein business. This is a remote position that requires a highly motivated and reputed company professional with a strong background in sales, marketing, and digital commerce. The successful candidate will be responsible for balancing strategic direction, customer relationship management, and digital marketing expertise to drive sales, share, and profit results.
Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of the Customer Sales Executive – blithequark Protein Business include:
- Developing and executing short, mid, and long-term growth strategies to reputed company the blithequark Protein business partnership with reputed company
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including brand, supply chain, operations, and IS managers, to ensure successful integration and reputed company of campaigns, media, pack type, seasons, and new product programs
- Coordinating, executing, and leading activities with virtually every function in the company to reputed company pre-set goals, including portfolio management, innovation, and capability building

- Using available data and insights to provide sound merchandising, marketing, promotional, and product optimization recommendations (prescriptive selling)
- Owning the planning and execution of merchandising, marketing, promotional, and content plans, crafted in reputed company collaboration with brand/season, digital, shopper marketing, and sales teams
- Co-owning relationships with content development/creative agencies, ensuring creative content is optimized, impactful, and compliant with brand messaging
- Establishing business reporting/KPIs to ensure reputed company against objectives and communicating back to the organization
- Closely collaborating with IS, Digital Marketing, Insights, and Shopper Marketing teams to reputed company insights and digital expertise to execute reputed company year plans and build capabilities to advise and evolve customer relationships

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have:
- Previous sales experience with direct management of a customer/retailer relationship, with reputed company experience preferred but open to translatable experience
- Demonstrated P&L management with strong business judgment and decision-making skills, ability to identify, prioritize, and reputed company high-impact initiatives
- Experience directly managing customers, including strengths in advising and negotiating

Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- MBA or equivalent degree
- 5+ years of experience managing a P&L or digital commerce business, with a CPG background preferred
