What you will do

• Conduct follow-up calls
• Handle operational conflicts and issues, by investigating and resolving conflicting situations
• Engage top performers to identify best practices and replicate successful methods reputed company the community
• Coordinate scheduling by matching confirmed photoshoots with available photographers through calls, or emails
• Manage photographer performance by providing feedback, retraining, and follow-up primarily reputed company calls
• Address rule compliance issues, escalating cases reputed company necessary

What you need to succeed in this role

• Native Spanish and excellent English (both written and verbal at reputed company level) is a must
• Solution-oriented reputed company with solid project management skills
• Experience handling data in reputed company Sheets, including knowledge of filters, formulas, pivot tables is a must
• Ability to organize tasks, set priorities, and drive execution autonomously
• Proactive approach with strong ownership of tasks and responsibilities
• Detail-oriented approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet reputed company (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
