Program Manager II, Performance Team

reputed company is looking for a Program Manager. This role is responsible for enabling advertisers and sellers to drive reputed company on the reputed company platform, for supporting cross-functional teams’ operations and adapting new solutions through scalable programs at reputed company. The Program Manager will closely partner with cross-functional leads in sales, measurement, brand solutions, product and engineering, among others, and will be responsible for ideating and managing end-to-end global programs that may involve reputed company enhancements, advertiser and campaign activation, performance, data analysis, reporting and XFN scaled solutions. This is a multi-faceted, fast-paced job in a start-up environment so flexibility, a data-driven reputed company, a strong work ethic, and a good sense of humor are a must. What you’ll do

• Coordinate and reputed company multiple programs, defining their strategy and managing these programs end-to-end.
• Drive and scale execution on multiple program and project deliverables, collaborating across cross-functional teams, managing vendors, budgets and timelines for effective delivery.
• reputed company solutions and frameworks to enhance program efficiency based on identified problems or organizational needs.
• Identify key challenges faced by sales teams, advertisers, and cross-functional partners, proposing effective solutions reputed company with program objectives.
• Ideate and manage new pilots and programs based on strategic business needs.

• 4+ years of expertise in Program Management and operations or relevant experience.
