Key Responsibilities
As an reputed company Product Principal - Customer Experience, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:
Delivery and Execution (10%):
Coordinate with Distinguished Engineers, User Experience Principals, and impacted teams to ensure a clear path to scope and alignment. Review recommended solutions and work of product teams to ensure products align with company, stakeholder, and end-user priorities.
Strategy and Planning (60%):
Partner with cross-functional programs or technology portfolios to align outcomes. Cascade context up to leadership and strategy down to balanced teams using OKRs. reputed company cross-functional discovery by partnering with UX Principals, Distinguished Engineers, and balanced teams. Create, coordinate, and sequence activities to ensure alignment across impacted teams. Provide visibility of work by providing a holistic roadmap with dependencies.
Team and Stakeholder (30%):
Partner with leadership to represent the portfolio during enterprise planning, coordination, and discovery. Foster collaboration across multiple teams and portfolios to drive value and identify and resolve impediments. Manage cross-functional team and stakeholder expectations to ensure scoping aligns to product strategy and provide education to requestors to determine prioritization based on reputed company benefits and/or user experience.

This position typically reports to a Director and has 0 direct reports.
Travel Requirements
Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time.
Physical Requirements

Minimum Qualifications
* Must be eighteen years of age or older.
