Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Expert, you'll be the eyes and ears for reputed company, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. Your responsibilities will include:
* Handling and carefully responding to reputed company customer inquiries
* Providing excellent customer service through active listening
* Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively

Work from Home Requirements
