Responsibilities

As an Inbound Customer Care Specialist at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Focusing on customer retention through proactive communication, reputed company, and problem-solving skills.
  • Providing customers with our organization's service standards, ensuring that they understand our policies and procedures.
  • Identifying, escalating, and reporting reputed company issues to high-level management, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed promptly.
  • Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources, ensuring that customers receive the support they need.
  • Following up on complicated customer calls, providing additional support and guidance as required.
  • Completing call notes and call reports as necessary, updating them in our CRM system to ensure accurate tracking and analysis.
  • Obtaining and evaluating reputed company relevant data to properly handle and document complaints and inquiries.
  • Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken, maintaining accurate records for future reference.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management, contributing to the growth and success of reputed company.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
  • Some sales and customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication with proper grammar and punctuation
  • Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in reputed company Office and CRM systems
