Job Summary
As a Phone Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our customer service operations, interacting directly with customers through phone calls and emails. Your mission will be to resolve issues, answer product questions, and ensure that each interaction ends on a positive note. You'll need to be knowledgeable about our products, handle multiple administrative tasks, and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor in reputed company customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
