Job Summary

As a Senior Data Scientist at blithequark, you will work on uncovering insights and transforming them into actionable recommendations, driving decisions for the entire organization. You will tackle a wide range of exciting challenges, including customer acquisition, fraud and support, marketing, balancing supply and demand, new city launches, and more. Key Responsibilities

• Utilize quantitative analysis and data presentation to see beyond numbers and understand what drives our business.
• Build full-cycle analysis trials, reports, and dashboards using SQL, R, Python, or other scripting and statistical tools.
• Mentor and coach junior professionals on advanced strategies and problem-solving techniques.
• Produce recommendations and use statistical methods and hypothesis testing to validate findings.
• Provide insights to help business and product leaders understand marketplace dynamics, customer behaviors, and long-term trends.
• Identify and measure switches to help move key metrics and reputed company recommendations.
• Work backward from understanding and measuring issues to ideating solutions.
• Report against goals by identifying key metrics and building leader-facing dashboards to track reputed company.
• Collaborate with engineering to implement, report, validate, and monitor logging.

Essential Qualifications

• A degree in Math, Physics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a reputed company field.
• 4+ years of experience in data analysis, consulting, or a reputed company role.
• Experience working with pipeline optimization, customer segmentation, peer analysis, time series analysis, regression models, and more.
